5. Quotations, Proposals and Scope of Work
Any quotation or proposal shared by DiziPromo is based on the requirements discussed at that time. If the client requests additional pages, features, integrations, campaigns, revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope, extra charges and additional time may apply.
Work will be considered within scope only if it is clearly mentioned in the approved proposal, quotation, invoice or written confirmation.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information required to complete the project or service. This may include business details, logo, content, images, videos, product/service information, domain/hosting access, social media access, ad account access, brand guidelines and approvals.
- Delays in sharing required details may delay project delivery.
- The client must ensure that all content, images and materials shared with us are legally usable.
- The client is responsible for reviewing and approving final content, designs and campaigns.
- The client must provide timely feedback to avoid unnecessary delays.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be mentioned in the quotation, proposal, invoice or written communication. Unless otherwise agreed, work may start only after receiving the required advance payment.
- Advance payments may be required before starting any project or campaign.
- Remaining payment must be cleared as per the agreed milestone or before final delivery.
- Ad budgets, domain, hosting, plugins, themes, APIs, third-party tools and software costs are separate unless clearly included in the proposal.
- Delayed payments may result in project hold, delayed delivery or suspension of services.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable once the project work, strategy, design, development, campaign setup, consultation, research or service execution has started, unless specifically agreed in writing.
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has started, DiziPromo may deduct the cost of completed work, time spent, resources used, third-party costs and administrative charges before considering any refund, if applicable.
9. Project Timeline and Delivery
Project timelines are estimated based on the scope of work, client approvals, content availability, technical complexity and third-party dependencies. Delays may occur due to late feedback, incomplete information, changes in scope, third-party issues, hosting/server problems or platform policy changes.
DiziPromo will make reasonable efforts to complete projects on time, but delivery timelines are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.
10. Revisions and Changes
Revisions will be provided as per the approved proposal or package. Additional revisions, redesigns, new features, new pages, new campaign changes or major scope changes may be charged separately.
After final approval or delivery, any further changes may be treated as a new task or support request and may involve additional charges.
11. Digital Marketing, SEO and Advertising Results
DiziPromo works to improve digital presence, lead generation, campaign performance and online visibility. However, we do not guarantee fixed rankings, exact number of leads, exact sales, exact revenue or specific business outcomes.
- SEO results depend on competition, website condition, content quality, backlinks, algorithm updates and market behaviour.
- Ad results depend on budget, audience, offer, landing page, creatives, market demand and platform policies.
- Lead quality and conversion depend on business offer, pricing, sales follow-up and customer interest.
- Google, Meta, social media platforms and other third-party platforms may change policies, algorithms or account status at any time.
12. AI Chatbot and Automation Services
AI chatbot and automation services are designed to assist with customer support, lead capture, FAQs, enquiry handling, bookings and business communication. AI-generated responses may not always be perfect, and clients should review, test and approve chatbot content before public use.
- DiziPromo is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the client and used in chatbot training.
- AI chatbot output may require monitoring, updates and improvements over time.
- Critical business, legal, medical, financial or sensitive advice should not rely only on AI responses.
- Third-party AI/API costs may be charged separately if applicable.
13. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, hosting providers, domain providers, payment gateways, analytics tools, email tools, AI APIs, CRM tools or other software providers.
DiziPromo is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, account restrictions, billing issues, technical errors, API changes, data loss or service interruption caused by third-party platforms.
14. Domain, Hosting and Website Access
If the client provides domain, hosting, server, CMS, admin panel, ad account or social media access, the client must ensure that the access is valid, secure and legally authorised.
DiziPromo is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect access details, expired hosting/domain, server limitations, malware, previous developer errors or third-party hosting restrictions.
15. Content, Images and Intellectual Property
The client is responsible for ensuring that all content, images, videos, logos, brand assets, product details and materials shared with DiziPromo are legally owned by the client or properly licensed for use.
Unless otherwise agreed, final deliverables created by DiziPromo will be handed over to the client after full payment is received. DiziPromo may retain the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies, social media or marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
16. Confidentiality
DiziPromo respects client confidentiality. We will not intentionally disclose confidential business information, login details, strategy documents or private project information to unrelated third parties, except where required for service delivery, legal compliance or with client permission.
17. Privacy and Data Handling
We may collect and process personal information such as name, phone number, email address, company name, service requirement and project details when you contact us or use our services.

18. Limitation of Liability
DiziPromo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business losses including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of leads, loss of ranking, ad account issues, platform restrictions, third-party failures or business interruption.
Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
19. Service Suspension or Termination
DiziPromo may pause, suspend or terminate services if the client fails to make payment, provides misleading information, misuses our work, violates platform policies, requests unlawful work or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
The client may also discontinue services by providing written communication, subject to payment clearance for completed work, ongoing services and applicable third-party costs.
20. Changes to Terms
DiziPromo may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of our website or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Haryana, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
